Every preview is a concept I built to show how the system works. They are not results from real clients and the data in them is invented. The real projects are on the projects page, and it says there whose they are.
What breaks
Three things that keep repeating here.
The enquiry arrives with nothing attached
The phone rings in the middle of a job and asks what it costs, with no idea of the square metres or where the site is. A page that asks for measurements and location up front saves that call for both of you.
Nobody knows where the client came from
A referral, Google or the board on the site all look the same when the phone rings. Without that, you cannot tell where to put the next pound, so it goes in blind.
The work is invisible
The strongest proof in this trade is before and after, and it usually sits in phones and group chats. On the site, with what was done and how long it took, the same photo sells on its own.
