A website that brings enquiries, not compliments.
For companies that want a site the work actually comes from. Structure, copy, build and measurement, in one project and with one person answering for it.
Who it is for
Better to know this up front.
This is for you if
- People already search for what you do, and you have no page that answers that search.
- You can spare an hour to explain how the business actually works.
- You want to know which page an enquiry came from, not just how many visits there were.
This is not for you if
- You want the cheapest site on the market. Off the shelf templates exist and I will not pretend otherwise.
- You need the site in a few days. Structure and copy can only be rushed so far.
- You expect the site to keep bringing work for years without a single change after launch.
The problem
The site exists, the work does not come.
Nobody finds you
The site is live, but it does not show up for a single search in your trade. To Google it is a page without a subject.
They find you, then leave
A visitor opens the page, cannot tell what exactly you do or what it costs, and goes back to the search results.
They get in touch, but the wrong ones
Enquiries arrive for jobs you do not take, because the site speaks so broadly that nobody is left out.
What you get
Seven items, all of them checkable.
07
There is no line that reads „and much more“. If it is not on this list, it is not in the price.
- 01
Structure and copy
Which pages exist and what each one says. I write the copy, based on what you tell me about the business.
- 02
Design
A look built around your offer, rather than a bought template your content is squeezed into.
- 03
Build
Fast loading and a layout that works as well on a phone as it does on a large screen.
- 04
Forms with validation
Fields that ask for what you need in order to quote, and checks that refuse an empty or malformed entry.
- 05
Enquiry measurement
Every enquiry carries its page, source and time. You see which page brings work and which one only brings visits.
- 06
Baseline SEO
Titles, descriptions, a sitemap and structured data. Enough for the site to enter the index properly.
- 07
Handover and training
The accounts are in your name, not mine. Handover includes a recording that shows you how to change the content yourself.
In practice
Three systems in daily use.
These are not demos. All three companies use them in their work, and all three were built the same way.
- mglass-design.com

M Glass Design
Made to measure LED mirrors. A catalogue of options and explainer pages on glass, light and installation.
- tus-art.com

Tuš Art
Made to measure shower enclosures. The path from enclosure type to submitted measurements and an estimate.
- staklodom.com

StakloDom
Glazing work. A wider service catalogue, a gallery of finished jobs and pages by city.
Three levels
Chosen by the job, not by the budget.
The difference between levels is not how pretty they are. It is how many pages there are and how much of the selling the site takes on.
Launch
SuitsA sole trader or a young company with one clear service.
Home page, one service page, contact and a form. Enough for someone to find you and get in touch.
Rough timeline1 to 2 weeks
Authority
SuitsA company that wants to be the first choice in its trade.
Everything in Growth, plus content that answers customer questions before they are even asked.
Rough timeline4 to 5 weeks
The clock starts when the materials and answers arrive, not when the contract is signed. Waiting on photographs and figures is the most common reason a project slips.
Process
Five steps, no surprises.
Each step also says what is needed from you, because that is the question people rarely ask out loud.
- 01Call and quote
I ask what you do, who you sell to and what is hurting most right now. The scope and a fixed price come out of that.
From youAn hour on a call and an honest answer about what is not working.
- 02Structure and copy
I decide which pages exist and write the copy for each. This step decides whether the site brings enquiries at all.
From youDetails on services, prices and the questions customers ask most often.
- 03Design and build
I design the look and build the pages. Phone first, because that is where most visits come from.
From youA logo and photographs if you have them, or a decision on what to use instead.
- 04Two rounds of revisions
Two rounds of minor changes on the finished site, before it goes live.
From youYour notes gathered in one place, rather than in ten messages across a week.
- 05Launch and handover
I put the site live, submit it to Google and hand over the accounts, along with a recording on changing content.
From youAccess to the domain, or a decision that I register it in your name.
What it costs
A fixed price, agreed before the work starts.
The price is agreed before the work begins, not after it. What raises it and what lowers it is set out below, with no small print.
from BAM 1,200
Prices do not include VAT
Lowers the price
- Service copy already written, and photographs you already hold.
- One service and one market to begin with, expanding later.
- One person on your side who decides, instead of a committee.
Raises the price
- More service pages, and more towns to cover.
- Copy with nothing to build on, so all of it is written from scratch.
- Connecting the site to a system you already run the business on.
- More languages, because each language means its own copy, not translated buttons.
Not included
These are billed separately.
Written here so it is not the first time you see it on an invoice. I can arrange all of it, but none of it is in the build price.
- Photographing products, premises and people.
- Entering a large product catalogue, once it runs past a few dozen items.
- Translation into other languages, and copy written per language.
- Licences for fonts, photographs and paid plugins.
- Running ads on Google and on social media.
Questions
What people ask before getting in touch.
- How long does it take?
- One to five weeks, depending on the level and the scope. The clock starts when the materials and answers arrive, not when the contract is signed.
- What if I do not like it?
- Two rounds of minor changes on the finished site are included. Larger changes, and anything after those two rounds, are agreed and billed separately.
- Who writes the copy?
- I do, but I need information from you: what you do, who you sell to and what customers ask most. Without that the copy turns generic, and generic copy brings no enquiries.
- Is the site mine?
- It is. The domain, hosting and accounts are in your name. If you move to another developer one day, nothing stays locked with me.
- What happens after launch?
- Hosting and maintenance are a separate service, and monthly growth through SEO is another. Neither is compulsory, but a site nobody touches after launch rarely improves.
Next step
First let me see what you have.
Send the address of your current site, or simply write what you do. I will reply with what I would do first, and whether you need it at all.
