These are the terms for using the site, not for the work itself. If we work together, the job is governed by the signed offer or contract, not by this page.

What these terms cover
They cover visiting this site and using what is on it: the texts, the calculator, the forms and the examples. They do not cover delivery of work. Deadlines, price, revisions and ownership of the site I build for you are set out in the offer you sign, and that document overrides anything written here.
Who is behind this site
The site is run by Tarik Smajlović, a single contractor, and you deal with him directly, with nobody in between. For anything formal, call or use the form on the contact page.
Site content and copyright
The texts, structure, code and graphics on this site are copyrighted work and are not free to reuse. You may quote a short passage with the source named and linked. Taking a whole text, translating it or using it in your own proposal requires written permission. None of this applies to the site I build for you: that one is yours, as stated in the offer.
Prices on this site are not a binding offer
The figures on the pricing page and in the calculator are starting points and estimates for a typical scope, not a fixed price for your project. Only the written offer you receive after we talk is binding, and it states exactly what is included. Prices exclude VAT.
Examples, screenshots and demos
The projects shown on this site are published with the clients' consent. Demos are concepts I built to show how a system works, not results from real clients, and every such page says so. Any figures next to a project come from measurement, and the source is named.
Liability
I work to keep everything here accurate and current, but the content is informational and does not replace advice for your specific case. I am not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site text alone, nor for damage caused by the site being temporarily unavailable. For work we contract, liability is governed by that contract.
Links to other sites
Some links lead off this site. I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, because I have no control over them. Clicking WhatsApp opens a third party service, and its own terms apply there.
Changes to these terms
The terms may change, and the last updated date at the top of the page shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new version applies. For work we contract, governing law and jurisdiction are set in that contract, not on this page.
