Who does the work
One person works with you.
No account manager relaying messages to a developer. I write the copy, I build it, and when something breaks you contact me.
That is why I take a limited number of projects at a time. I would rather turn work down than put you in a queue and reply once a week.
The domain, hosting and content are registered to you. The site is yours from day one and stays yours if we part ways.

I go through the current state, the competition and the queries people actually type in your trade.
From you: 30 minutes of conversation and access to the existing site, if there is one.
- 02Structure
I set out which pages exist, what each one does and the path a visitor takes to an enquiry.
From you: Confirmation of the service list and the price range.
- 03Design and development
I build the site, write the copy, set up the forms and the measurement. Two rounds of revisions are included.
From you: Photos of your work, the logo and a read through of the copy.
- 04Measurement and growth
I track where enquiries come from and which page brings them, and the next step is decided on that.
From you: A short note on which enquiries were the good ones.

Monthly growth (content, technical SEO and enquiry measurement) comes on top of the build, not instead of it: from BAM 600 per month, for at least six months.
Why BAM 2,200 and not BAM 700.
For BAM 700 someone sets up a template. You are not paying for research, structure, copy and measurement, and that is exactly where enquiries come from. Below is what you are buying and how it is paid.

If you do not want a large deposit
Website Growth Partnership: setup BAM 500 to 800 plus BAM 650 per month, minimum 12 months.
After 12 payments the site is fully yours.
Questions
What everyone asks.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope and on how fast the photos and approvals arrive. I give an exact deadline only after the audit, because a deadline without a review is a guess.
Who writes the copy?
I do. You tell me how you explain the job to a customer, I turn that into copy that Google also understands. You approve it before launch.
What if I already have a site?
Then we start with an audit, and that decides whether it gets repaired or rebuilt. Code I have not seen does not get a fixed price before a review.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do. The domain, hosting and content are in your name. On a project paid through the monthly partnership, ownership passes to you after 12 payments.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds. A change of scope, meaning new pages or new features, costs extra, and I say so up front, not at the end.
Do you work outside Bosnia?
Yes. Germany, Austria and Switzerland, most often for our people who run a company there. The price is then set against that market, not against Bosnia.
