Local SEO and growth, month by month.
The goal is an enquiry, not a position. I handle the technical side, the content and the measurement, and every month I show what was done and what came of it.
Who it is for
Better to know this up front.
This is for you if
- You have a working site that does not show up for searches in your trade.
- You sell something people already look for, rather than something entirely new.
- You can hold out a few months before the first serious movement.
This is not for you if
- You want first place by the end of the month. Anyone who promises that does not know how Google works.
- You want to pay once and be done. SEO is not a one off job.
- You have no website. Then you start with a build, and SEO comes after.
The problem
You have done SEO before and nothing came of it.
- 01
A report with no enquiries
A table of keywords and graphs arrives every month, while the phone rings exactly as often as before.
- 02
Visits go up, work does not
Visitor numbers climb, but the people arriving want something else, so not one of those visits turns into an enquiry.
- 03
Nobody knows what was done
The last contractor did something every month, but nobody can say what exactly, or what is left of it.
Straight talk
What SEO is not.
This sits above the price on purpose. If you do not agree with these three sentences, there is no point discussing the amount.
It is not a guarantee of first place
Google decides the ranking, not the contractor. I can promise work and measurement, not a position.
It is not a one off job
Your competitors work at it every month. A site that stands still does not hold its place, it slips.
It is not a trick
There is no secret setting and no bought links. The work is what someone would do on a site they were building for themselves.
Every month
Exactly what the money buys.
This answers the question that rarely gets asked out loud, and that instead simply ends the arrangement.
- 01
Search Console checked daily
Google Search Console gets looked at every day, because a drop in indexing or a page error shows up there first.
- 02
New content every week
One new or reworked piece each week, written for a specific search rather than so the site can have a blog.
- 03
Fixes to existing pages
Pages already close to the first results page get fixed before a new one is written, because that is the fastest movement available.
- 04
Search research and internal linking
Finding what people actually type, and linking existing pages so the weight lands on the ones that bring work.
- 05
A monthly report
What was done, what moved and what comes next. Short, without tables nobody reads to the end.
No hourly count per client is promised, because the work is not measured by the hour but by what got done. If someone offers you hours instead of work, ask for a list like this one.
Hours
How many hours that is per month.
I do not bill by the hour, but it is fair to show how much work sits behind the monthly figure. These are rough ranges rather than measured data, and they vary from site to site.
| Work | Hours per month |
|---|---|
| Search Console checked daily | 3 to 4 |
| Four pieces a month, research included | 8 to 12 |
| Fixes to existing pages | 3 to 5 |
| Search research and internal linking | 2 to 3 |
| The monthly report | 1 to 2 |
| Total | 17 to 26 |
Roughly per hour

The arithmetic sits here on purpose, rather than in a quote only the people who ask get to see. If someone offers you less, ask how many hours a month that buys and what happens in them.

How I measure
Without Google Analytics.
What gets measured is what a decision rests on, not what looks good on a graph. The data stays with you, not with a third party.
Search Console
That is where the real searches you appear for come from, along with the pages catching them.
Enquiry measurement of my own
Every enquiry from a form carries its page, source and time, so it is clear which page brings work.
Your own panel
You see the same numbers I do, whenever you want, not only at the end of the month.
In practice
Three systems in daily use.
These are not demos. All three companies use them in their work, and on all three the content and measurement follow this same routine.

- tus-art.com

When it makes no sense
When I would tell you not to start.
SEO for the wrong company fails, and then we both carry a poor reference. So I would rather say it in advance.
- The company is new and the offer has not settled yet. First you know what you sell, then who you sell it to.
- The work is seasonal and nobody searches out of season. Ads during the season then beat year round SEO.
- The budget is below the point where anything meaningful fits in a month. Half the work does not give half the result, it gives none.
Process
The first months, in order.
Each step also says what is needed from you, because without it even the best plan stalls.
- 01Analysis and plan
I look at where you appear now, who your real competition in search is, and which pages stand a chance.
From youAccess to Search Console and the site, and an answer on which services pay best.
- 02Technical clean up
I fix what holds indexing back: speed, errors, duplicates, titles and the internal structure.
From youNothing. This step runs without you.
- 03Content and pages
I write new pages for the searches that bring work, and rework existing ones already close to the first page.
From youAnswers to trade questions I cannot invent, and confirmation that the copy is accurate.
- 04Measurement and next step
A monthly report on what was done and what moved, and next month's plan is built from that.
From youA short note on what kind of enquiries are actually coming in.
What it costs
Monthly, with a minimum term.
The amount is monthly and fixed. What raises it and what lowers it is set out below, with no small print.
from BAM 600
Prices do not include VAT
The minimum term is six months. Not because that is customary, but because before then nobody can honestly say whether it worked.
Lowers the price
- A site already technically sound, so the work starts on content straight away.
- One service and one town to begin with, expanding once that works.
- Someone on your side who answers trade questions quickly.
Raises the price
- More services and more towns to cover.
- Strong competition in search, where someone fights for every position every month.
- A site that first has to be put right technically before content starts working.
Not included
These are billed separately.
Written here so it is not the first time you see it on an invoice.
- Ads on Google and on social media, and the budget for them.
- Buying links. I do not do it even when paid for, because it puts your site at risk.
- Larger site changes that amount to a redesign rather than optimisation.
- Photography and video production for content.
Questions
What people ask before signing.
- How soon do results show?
- First movement on weaker searches usually shows within a few months, anything serious later. That is why the minimum term is six months and not one.
- Do you guarantee first place?
- No, and nobody honest does. Google decides the ranking. What I guarantee is the work on the list above and a report every month.
- What if we stop working together?
- Everything built stays with you: the pages, the copy and the accounts. Nothing switches off and nothing stays locked with me.
- Why no Google Analytics?
- Because decisions here rest on enquiries, not visit counts. An enquiry with its source and page says more than any traffic graph.
- Do you do SEO on sites you did not build?
- I do, and it is the common case. It starts with a review of the current state, because on some sites the technical side eats the first two months.
Next step
First let me see where you stand.
Send the address of your site and I will tell you what you appear for, what you could appear for, and whether SEO makes sense for you at all.
