Selling through messages works while the orders are few. Once there are more, you lose track of what is paid, what is shipped and what is even in stock.
Every preview is a concept I built to show how the system works. They are not results from real clients and the data in them is invented. The real projects are on the projects page, and it says there whose they are.
What breaks
Three things that keep repeating here.
Orders live in messages
Instagram, Viber and the phone, with stock kept in your head. An order that arrives on the third channel mid shift has nowhere to be written down, and turns up only when the customer asks where it is.
The buyer cannot finish on their own
Every question about size, delivery or price needs a live answer, so you only sell while someone is on the phone. A catalogue with prices and delivery sells at night too.
You cannot see what actually sells
You know what came in overall, but not which item carries the margin and which just takes up space. Without that, you restock on instinct.
